  On Jan 19, I went to Jack's Ticket Agency to buy Super Bowl tickets. The owner, Bruce Genzburg was very knowledgeable about the process of buy Super Bowl tickets so I agreed to purchase two very good seats. He explained to me that the tickets were not available yet as they had not been distributed yet. He guaranteed me that he could fill my order. During the next 11 days, I saw the tickets prices go out of sight. I began to doubt his ability to get the tickets I wanted for the price we agreed on. However, Bruce was able to deliver my two tickets before the agreed upon date. And the seats were in an absolutely wonderful location. Bruce is very experienced and stands by his word. I will definitely use Bruce for my ticket needs in the future.
