  We finally have our dream home in an area we wanted to stay in and that's close to our family, thanks to Araceli and Vic. The house that we wanted was still in the process of being built and we knew this house would be sought after quickly. We were not even prepared to start house hunting, but their was something about this house and we needed to start asap! Araceli and Vic had helped our brother in-law and his family purchase their home just the year before, so we knew we could trust Araceli and Vic to help us as well. From the time we first met Araceli and Vic, we were greeted with a smile an hug! They were very knowledgeable, sincere, approachable and upbeat. They guided us through our lender (who they also recommended and were awesome), from beginning to end. We had contact with Araceli thru text, email and phone! She was on top of things and was quick to respond to all of our millions of questions! Araceli and Vic are very good at what they do, but I'm more impressed and how passionate they both are at finding a place that a family can call "Home"!!!! I wouldn't hesitate to refer this team to family, friends and prospecting home buyers. We would use you again without any hesitation, but you've already found us our beautiful forever home!   Being first time Home buyers Vic and his team made sure the process was easy and simple! This was such a smooth process from beginning to end! Vic answered all questions timely and explained the process in detail to eliminate unwanted surprises. My husband and I are extremely pleased with his services and if needed will hire again! Couldn't have asked for a better realtor! Hire him, you won't be disappointed!
