  Absolute worst customer service around. Location on 32nd street and Bell. Wasted my time while I was there,had me come back and still lied to my face. Do not go there liars!! Poor customer service,they only care about $$$$.

  It seems like every time I come in to make a payment here, there's some sort of problem. Either they can't take my card, or the systems are down, or something else has happened. Most of the staff is vey friendly and helpful (Stephanie is awesome and genuine) but the manager of the location is rude and seems like she always has a really negative attitude. Speaking with her makes me feel like I'm bothering her and I refuse to work with her. When Doris was in charge of the store, I only had good experiences. It seems like the company just wants your money and doesn't even try to be genuine in wanting to help you.

  Extreme waiting unprofessional just the worst place I've been trying to cash a check need more professional personal don't waste your time with this sad little business.
