  A truly terrible school. I spent six years filled with much sorrow and regret here. First of all, lets talk about the teachers. Each teacher is strict and allows the students to have no fun whatsoever. Not to mention the fact that most of them are unfit with teaching. I spent years attempting to learn properly and to my dismay, I had intolerable grades until I hit Middle School. Second of all, there is much bullying. I was bullied much throughout Elementary School. Within every single grade, I was bullied for my weight, intelligence, emotions, skill, etc. As much as I tried pushing away the bullies through various methods, they would not leave. I even tried speaking to teachers and administration at times. There was no luck. This caused me to lash out in physical and verbal violence at times. That leads me to my next point. Last of all, the punishment system is simply terrible. I always got violent physically or verbally when I got overwhelmed. I ended up in the principal's office at times. The principal was a serious woman known as Mrs. Gibson. She was not kind. Her tone always felt so calm yet filled with complete rage at the same time. She always seemed as if she never wanted to be there. It was almost as if she didn't even like her job. She didn't do anything to fix the problem at hand. The only person I ever remember doing that was the vice principal of my last 1-2 years of school even if it didn't work. I simply kept doing bad things and being punished repeatedly. I wish they could do something to fix that but they didn't. It was as if they didn't care, which I believe they don't. If you are planning on bringing your child to Waggoner Elementary School, think again. If you love your child and don't want to risk what I experienced to happen to your child, go to a different school. Perhaps Brisas or Norte? Just avoid Waggoner.
