  Made an appointment earlier this week for today at noon. We showed up before noon and there was one person working with a couple and another person waiting. We waited for 40 minutes and I finally asked how long it was going to be. The gentlemen working said that he was still finishing up and had another person in front of us. First of all, why do you accept appointments and not honor them? Second, if it is going to be an extensive wait, the least he could do is let us know that it was going to be awhile so we didn’t waste an hour of our day. We drove twenty minutes from our house because we heard how great this place was. Don’t tell people to make appointments if you have no intention of keeping them.
