- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Was looking for an apartment. Agent Shane Hamilton assisted us. True enough we had credit issues otherwise we wouldn't have needed their service. My Fiance couldn't take time off work, only said she'd try,so she couldn't make it, called to cancel, this infuriated Shane he text us both vulgar messages stating we were full of B.S. & texted he was calling properties to turn us down. Very unprofessional to react in such a manner over an appointment.
