  I rented a townhome with AM Realty being the so-called "property manager" from 2010-2014. The townhome is located at 1904 E. Sunburst Lane in Tempe, AZ. The place was/still is a mess. The owner lives in Texas and has no idea what is going on with her property. It has been a rental for over 20 years with little to no maintenance. The maintenance that *was* done was just band aid. There was CONSTANTLY something going on : broken garage door, plumbing issues, electrical issues, roof issues, with band-aid after band-aid. When I moved in, the carpet and walls reeked of urine. Apparently the people before me were elderly and incontinent. The air conditioner was never maintained properly the entire time I lived there. For the entire 4 years, I continuously asked AM Realty to please give me a decent notice if the owner was going to sell the home. I asked about every 6 months since the owner is elderly. I then spoke with the owner in January of 2014 to ask her if she was wanting to sell. I also informed her of all of the issues in the house. At that point, she did not want to sell. Fast forward 6 months- I received an email stating that the owner wanted to sell the home and I needed to move out in a few weeks!!! in the middle of summer!!!! This so called "property management company" is completely incompetent and inconsiderate. After 4 years.... I get a few weeks notice!!!! Plus, my work was in the home also, so my entire office had to be moved. Now I see that they are attempting to re-lease the property at a higher price instead of sell it. So....in addition to all of the above, they also lied to me. Good luck to whomever ends up leasing this dump. Oh yes, a company mistakenly left a package at the home a couple of days after I moved out. AM REalty was too lazy to take it back to their office. Another 200.00 lost out of my pocket. One thing after another with these inconsiderate assholes. If you lease with them, you will just be yet another number that they will be able to toss out onto the street whenever it pleases them. Good riddance!!

  Alex & Barbra are such a neat couple, feels like my parents. Always listens and do all repair quickly. Couldn't ask for a better man to be the property.
