  I like the set up to the apartment (master bedroom is a plus) and the location is great. However, there is too many roaches in the complex. I spray like crazy and keep up with my apartment and still will see some every so often. Maintenance and the front office for the most part is a really good staff. They do have a few young female workers in front office who are very quick to snap at you for asking questions or voicing your concern. I went to ask a question about if I can get my apartment sprayed for roaches and a worker told me to just make sure my unit is clean and there won't be bugs lol.

  I have been living here at 1255 for about 4 months now and would say that my experience so far has been great. The whole 1255 team is very helpful and responds to any situation almost immediately. Apart from that the pool parties, occasional food and drink events are fun too.
