  NEGATIVE STARS! I dodged a bullet with these people, especially Tim Wright. He is no good and wanted me to hand him $500 cash with NO PAPERWORK. How he is able to have any sort of power or control over anything is beyond me. This man is a WOLF in sleazy sheep's clothing. Very disrespectful towards women. DON'T RENT WITH THESE PEOPLE! They are all liars and scammers. If any of you are reading this that work for Rentals Tempe: RUN! There is still time to become a decent human again. If Tim Wright is reading this: SHAME ON YOU!!!

  I'm the perfect tenant everything's paid on time in full, I don't break stuff, and I never have guests. THERE IS A REASON IF YOU GOOGLE SEARCH "TIM WRIGHT LANDLORD" NOTHING BUT SLUMLORD STORIES POP UP! I seriously thought I wouldn't have problems since I don't do anything wrong yea right Gas leak, carpet isn't nailed down tiles aren't grouted black mold, no heat, broken AC. Unit has the main AC & heating unit inside yet you don't have the controls to turn it on. Oh and there are TWO thin half inch faux wood doors leading to 2 separate units. It's like you're under the same roof as the other tenants. No fire proofing or sound proofing between the doors. Also illegal. Tim will make you feel like you're bothering him anytime you need repairs. He thinks he's someone important but really he's a money grubbing slum lord who can't professionally handle anything. I HAVE WATCHED TIM SEND EVICTION NOTICES TO PEOPLE AFTER THEY SURRENDERED THE PROPERTY! THAT'S ILLEGAL!!!! ALSO IF YOU DONT COMPLETE A CHECKLIST OF EVERYTHING WRONG WITHIN 14 DAYS OF MOVING IN, WHATEVERS WRONG WITH THE UNIT WHEN YOU LEAVE YOU WILL BE FINED FOR! The first Google search result of "Tim wright landlord" is by Arizona Tenant Advocates. He refuses to give me a copy of my lease, he took it for "review". I have been trying to get a copy since September 2017 when I renewed. And I hope he was dumb enough to try & change some of the things in there-i took pictures of my lease so I will be able to tell if he tried changing anything. Is it so much to ask for safe, reasonably quiet place to live where I won't die of mold exposure because I'm allergic? I'm jealous to my commenter below Andrea who dodged a bullet. Yea of course he wants you to hand him $ with no paper trail, so when it came down to it he could screw you out of it, it'd be untraceable. He's been refusing to give me my lease. I'm considering paying a tenant help group to get me out of here.
